Attendees: EJ, Angel, Randy, Shea, Jeff, Yolanda Discussed the message board and how it will be used to disperse information going forward. Discussed the 3024 Transaction file - Shea will program the backend and Jeff & EJ will build the interface around it (for www.globalxpresscard.com) - Yolanda wanted to talk with Shea to walk through the steps for setting this up properly. Shea & Yolanda will remain on the call to discuss. - This must be in place before we start sending out cards to make sure we can properly capture the data and assign the appropriate commissions. Discussed the loading of cards in real time - We will not in fact be able to set up real time loads as POS transactions without having the real funds account to draw from. (POS transactions will be handled by North American Bank Card according to Randy) - We discussed risk scenarios on the real funds account/load situation. Shea will send an audit trail for us to follow when setting up our system to make the risks minimal. Discussed the necessity for having more information (back to the 3024 transaction) for our initial signups in order to get them activated. We will have to change the registration form to accommodate gathering the additional information, and will need to request the additional information from our current pre-signups. We need to get the SSL certificate infromation to Shea (EJ will send Shea the access information), and provide him with the hosting information when it is available.
